Participating for researchers and Doctoral Students:
The UCB’2025 recognizes the importance of supporting the next generation of scholars. The conference provides support for doctoral students, including:
- Comprehensive coverage for up to 3 seats for PhD students, including:
- Registration and publication fees.
- Travel costs.
- Accommodation costs.
- Visa issuance
- Visa issuance assistance for all participants from outside Bahrain
The coverage granted to doctoral students will depend on the referees’ reports for scientific papers submitted by PhD students.
The scholarships are intended to support outstanding doctoral research contributions and provide opportunities for PhD students to participate in the conference. We encourage PhD students to submit their research papers for consideration.
Publication Opportunity:
UCB’2025 offers an exceptional publication opportunity for researchers and scholars. All accepted papers at the conference will be published in the conference book/proceedings, which are issued by Springer Publishing and listed in Scopus.
In addition to the conference proceedings, selected scientific papers from the conference will have the opportunity to be published in special issues of prestigious scientific journals. These journals include:
