In the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma,
Minister of Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Council (HEC) Board of Trustees, we are pleased to announce the 4th International Conference on Science, Engineering and Advanced Technology (ICSEAT’2026), which will be held on 28–29 April 2026 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in Hybrid Mode (Onsite & Online).
The ICSEAT 2026 provides a leading forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Science, Engineering and Technology. The Conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. The theme of the International Conference on Science, Engineering and Advanced Technology (ICSEAT 2026) is “Innovative Technology for Humanity”.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in peer-reviewed conference book/proceedings, published by Emerald or Springer, assigned an ISBN, and made available through leading academic dissemination platforms. Selected high-quality papers may also be invited for extended publication in reputable indexed journals and edited volumes, subject to journal scope, editorial policies, and an additional peer-review process.
